Diana started doing Crossfit in 2018. Despite being a trained dancer through childhood and teen years, she never saw herself as “athletic.” Once she stepped into her first Crossfit class, however, she was hooked. Diana wants to encourage others who felt the same was she did at the beginning; when it was all new and a little bit intimidating. She loves that Crossfit is accessible to everyone, no matter their level of experience or ability. The camaraderie of group classes is really what kept her going at the start, and it continues to do so to this day!
